SkinForge ("we", "us") is an AI Minecraft skin maker. This policy explains what
information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account information. Your email address and a password (stored as a secure hash) when you create an account, and any profile details you add (username, display name, avatar).
Content you create. The text prompts you type, the skins and capes generated for you, and skins you publish, like, or remix in the community feed.
Photos you choose to upload. If you use photo-to-skin, the image you select is uploaded and used solely to generate your skin.
Purchase information. If you buy a subscription or tokens, purchases are processed by Apple. We and our paywall provider (Superwall) receive purchase status and device-level identifiers needed to unlock what you bought — never your payment card details.
Basic usage and diagnostic data. Standard technical logs (such as requests to our servers) used to keep the service running and debug problems.
How we use it
To generate your skins: your prompts and uploaded photos are processed by AI service providers (Google Gemini and our GPU inference provider, Modal) to create your content. We do not use your prompts or photos to train our own models.
To operate your account, the community feed, and purchases.
To fix bugs and keep the service safe.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not show third-party advertising.
We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Where your data lives
Accounts and app data are stored with Supabase; images are stored with
Cloudflare. AI processing is performed by Google (Gemini API) and Modal under
their respective terms.
Public content
Skins you publish to the community feed are public and shown with your
username. You can unpublish or delete your skins at any time in the app.
Children
SkinForge is made for general audiences. If you are under 13 (or the age of
digital consent where you live), please use SkinForge with a parent or
guardian's permission. We do not knowingly collect more information from
children than is needed to run the app.
Your choices
Delete any of your skins in the app.
Request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us at skinforge@pluhstudios.com — we honor requests within 30 days.
